Cancellations & Returns
1- When will the money for my cancelled/returned products be credited to my account?
For returns, the order amount will be refunded to your account within 3 business days of receiving the products and documents and authorizing your return, in the amount of your payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account is the responsibility of your bank.
2- Who covers the return shipping costs?
You can send your return free of charge to SÜRAT Kargo using our contracted code "9651560608." If the shipment is sent with a cargo company other than SÜRAT Kargo, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
3- Which products cannot be returned?
You can request a return for any product that is unopened, unused, and within the 14-day return period. All returned items will be evaluated by our operations center, and the refund process will be initiated.
4- Should I issue a return invoice for the order I returned?
For product returns from our taxpayer customers, a cancellation request must be submitted through the Revenue Administration (GIB) for items within the cancellation period, against the delivery note invoice issued by Bizim Toptan Satış Mağazaları A.Ş., and a return invoice must be issued to YILDIZZADE LTD ŞTİ. for items that have expired.
5- My 14-day return period has expired. Can I still return the products?
According to the Distance Selling Agreement, the period for returning a product purchased online or via mobile phone is 14 days.
The 14-day period begins the day you receive the product from the cargo company.
6- Was my order canceled?
The cancellation is made immediately after your cancellation request, and confirmation is sent via email and SMS.
7- Can I return one or more of the items in my cart?
A partial return allows you to return one or more items in your cart at different times and in different quantities. If you wish to return one or more items in your cart, you can select the item you wish to remove from your cart and return it.
8- If I cancel/return an order for which I used a bank promotion, will my bank points be canceled?
If the order does not meet the bank promotion conditions after the cancellation/return, the bank will cancel the bank points earned.
9- Will the gift certificate I used for my purchase be refunded?
If the cancellation/return request was made by you, the gift certificate will be canceled.
10- I ordered a product with a gift promotion, but I haven't received the gift. Why?
For gift campaign products to be delivered to you, you must add the main product to your cart along with the gift.
Gifts are limited to store stock, and if out of stock, gift delivery is not possible.
11- How can I change the delivery address of my order?
The delivery address cannot be changed for an order.
12- How can I change the billing information for an order?
Billing information cannot be changed for existing orders.
13- Where can I find the invoice for my order?
You can access your invoices by following the steps "My Account" - "My Orders" - "My Invoices." You can view your invoices for each order.
14- Why is the refund for an order I purchased in installments being paid in installments?
For refunds of credit card purchases paid in installments, Bizim Toptan pays the entire amount in a single payment to the bank that issued your credit card.
However, due to the internal functioning of banks, these amounts are refunded to your card by the bank in installments equal to the number of months you selected at the time of ordering. Bizim Toptan has no involvement in refunds being paid in installments; you should contact your bank for more information.
15- How can I get a new shipping code?
The shipping code for MNG Cargo is 154777454. For non-MNG cargo companies, please contact Customer Service at 444 42 96.
16- Will the shipping fee be refunded if I return or cancel my order?
When you return or cancel your order, the shipping fee you paid will be added to your order amount and refunded.
