How to make a pistachio amulet?

The Gaziantep Amulet mortar is prepared by mixing 55-72% ground pistachios, 14-18% powdered sugar, and 13-16% starch in the desired proportions. The pistachios used in the Gaziantep Amulet must comply with TS 1280 standard. Grape pulp is used to wrap the Gaziantep Amulet.
